Garry Lozynsky's Star-Lets 2008
Mr April

Garry Says: "We're now into our third month as we steadily build up the club's portfolio of my selection of the best looking guys at Star FC and this month the spotlight falls on the Hellenic Collosus himself

Jordan Kontarines

As we continue to highlight the range of fantastic talent playing at Star FC, this month we have moved on from March’s Mr Small to April with Mr Tall… yes, that's right, we now turn our attentions on the club's newly installed first team centre half Jordan "JK" Kontarines.

Jordan joined the club this season and judging by the first photo had been living as a 70’s style pimp. Get on down with the squares, Huggy Bear!!

Jordan also has a softer side which was highlighted recently when he took a week off from football to go house hunting with his long term ‘flat mate’ and fellow first team player Shaun Gluyas. The pair love spending time together and are pictured here in coordinated striped shirts.

The two friends are rarely seen apart and even the thought of being separated on a Saturday afternoon has caused major issues in the past.

It is not all happy times though as this photographer found out when he snapped them arriving for training in the same outfit! A real fashion faux pas that has thankfully since been avoided!

Our final shot finds JK in a thoughtful mood whilst on a ski lift. Wearing Oakley  goggles, trendily pushed back, and a grey ski jacket that was just made to emphasise the nobility of his profile, he poses with a wistful gaze into the middle distance that seems to say "it's Mid March, it's Saturday afternoon and it's about three o'clock -  I'm sure that there is something else I am supposed to be doing".

Another stunning collection of photographs, I am sure you will agree, and one that serves to emphasise what a difficult job the judges are going to have in selecting "Mr Star FC 2008", even if I'm not allowed to enter myself"
