Star FC became
an FA Charter Standard Club in April 2006 and lead the way locally with its achievement of the Football Association's seal
of approval for the manner in which it was governed and administered. Star FC was the first club in the Cheltenham League
that catered solely for adults to gain Charter Standard and it was a testament to the way in which the club had been established
for years that it met most of the stipulated criteria without having to undergo any significant change.
The FA Charter Standard provides a bench mark for Clubs at grass roots level and
means that it is assured that each club that acquires it is run and administered in accordance at least with the essential
requirements demanded of all clubs by the Football Association. Star FC believes that it exceeds these basic requirements
in many aspects and would welcome all enquiries relating to the manner in which the club is run. If you require any
further information on the club's structure, disciplinary or grievance procedures or any other aspect of the club's administration,
please access the Contact Us page for contact details and get in touch with the Club Chairman or the Club Secretary in the first instance.
