All three teams took to the field today, for the first time since the beginning of the month.

The First team travelled to the south of the county to take on last season's Northern Senior League runners-up, Tetbury Town and gained an excellent 3-0 victory, the teams best win of the season, thanks to a Steve Conway hat-trick.

The Reserve Team was also away but headed north and over the county border into Worcestershire to take on Cheltenham League Division One newcomers, Broadway United.  A tight game saw the sides go into the half time break level at 2-2, which James Mole and Jamie Roberts getting on the score sheet for the Reserves. The home side scored soon after the restart, however, and then hung on for a 3-2 win.

Meanwhile, the Third Team played host to Cheltenham Saracens IV team at Cheltenham Road.  Duncan Clowes opened the scoring for the home side after 20 minutes but Saracens equalised 10 minutes before half time.  Duncan added a second immediately after the break but again the Thirds found themselves pegged bag when the visitors levelled for a second time on 72 minutes.  Player Manager Sam Timpson made it 3-2 with a header from a corner 6 minutes later and then further, and even rarer, headed goals from Tom Jacobsen, again from a corner, and Adam Slade made the final score 5-2 to the hosts.

Further details will be available soon on ASIB on the WEB.
